📋 Description

• Support delivery teams’ day-to-day administrative and project management tasks • Manage several tasks across a high volume of projects • Manage complex projects independently and proactively resolve problems • Assist with project operations and delivery, working directly with end clients and internal cross-functional teams • Manage delivery end to end for risk-free projects • Manage top-up/competitor client quoting and delivery of won opportunities • Review survey questionnaires against project specifications and consult on best practices • Define project plans, timelines, required resources, and potential roadblocks • Complete basic scripting/programming fulfilment • Update project specifications into statements of work • Assist with sample/quota management and fulfilment • Monitor field progress, solve problems, and implement solutions • Perform data and quality assurance checks • Generate data and reports • Manage internal and external stakeholders proactively • Protect the consumer experience and ensure compliance with best practices • Document and update detailed project briefs/specifications in Salesforce • Create and update daily progress reports and solutions • Ensure project details are documented according to required accreditations and policies

• Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Ability to work well with numerous team units • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve project problems • Ability to support the wider team with training, allocation, or resolving project-related queries • Understanding that occasional after-hours and weekend support is required • Ability to work GMT/BST hours depending on daylight saving time
