📋 Description

• Own the [in progress] HubSpot to Salesforce migration, handle the data cleanup, and ensure our CRM is optimized for an enterprise motion. • You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the dashboards that our teams live in, from individual reps to our Sales Directors and the executive team. • Be the face of decisions regarding territory scaling as we grow, account disputes, and lead routing. We need someone who can be firm, fair, and data-driven in these moments. • Work closely with Finance to prepare board decks, manage commissions, and refine our forecasting. • Ensure lead flow, ICP definitions, and account ownership models are seamless across all of Revenue (Sales and Marketing).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning the RevOps function in a “doer” capacity. Team leadership experience isn’t required. • You know how to automate processes and responsibly integrate AI tooling into daily workflows across Sales & Marketing Ops. • Growth stage experience at an early stage SaaS company. You know what it looks like to upgrade tooling and processes as a company matures. Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus but not required. • You have deep experience with both Salesforce and HubSpot. You don’t just know how to use them; you know how to implement and optimize them for enterprise SaaS. • Hands-on Mentality. You’ll demonstrate hands-on problem-solving ability rather than high-level strategic thinking only. • You understand the nuances of enterprise-focused SaaS (though cybersecurity experience isn't a hard requirement). • You are comfortable being the point person for "tough" operational decisions that affect sales territories and compensation.
