<PYNEMA MEDIA GmbH> is an external CMO and performance marketing agency that partners with eCommerce brands to own and optimize their full marketing funnel. They provide audits, push/pull/retention marketing, funnel optimization, performance creative production and campaign management across channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, with a profit- and cashflow-first approach and compensation tied to client outcomes. A small senior team focuses on a limited number of brands, offering hands-on, founder-led engagement and measurable impact on margin and scalable growth.

📋 Description

• Push marketing owner. You are responsible for the performance of our clients in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok). • Strategy rather than just setup. Develop and implement holistic growth strategies. • AI integration. Together with our AI Engineer you develop new approaches — from campaigns to the post-click experience. • End-to-end thinking. You optimize beyond the click, consistently considering conversions, funnels and the customer journey. • Client leadership. You act as a strategic point of contact and actively drive the success of your accounts. • Data-driven. Analyze, interpret and derive concrete measures for scaling. • Creative impact. Close collaboration with the creative team to increase performance in push marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• AI & tools. You have solid experience with AI tools — in particular Claude co-work/Code, OpenClaw or similar tools. • Push marketing focus. Deep know-how in Meta and TikTok ads — you think beyond pure campaign management. • Strategic thinking. You understand marketing holistically and derive clear actions from data. • Hands-on mentality. Operational excellence and a strategic perspective go hand in hand for you. • Ownership. You take responsibility for budgets, performance and client development. • Analytical strength. Numbers are not just for reporting to you but the basis for decision-making. • Communication. Clear, direct and on equal terms — both internally and externally. • Language. Excellent German language skills (at least C1).
