• Manage and develop long‑term relationships with existing customers in the clinical diagnostics and life science segments. • Actively acquire new customers while expanding the product portfolio with existing accounts (approx. 30% new business / 70% base business growth). • Drive territory performance by achieving sales targets and contributing to overall budget responsibility. • Provide high‑quality scientific, technical, and application‑oriented support in close collaboration with internal teams. • Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations, including tender and pricing discussions. • Build and execute sales strategies for key product lines while monitoring market and competitor activities. • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in line with QIAGEN standards.
• University degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or a related life science field. • Several years of successful sales experience in clinical diagnostics or molecular biology–related markets. • Hands‑on laboratory or application experience in molecular biology or clinical diagnostics is a strong advantage. • Confident communication skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken. • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively. • High ethical standards, customer focus, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships. • Valid category B driving license and readiness for frequent travel within the assigned region.
