📋 Description

• Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer • Keep every search moving and every hiring manager in the loop from start to finish • Drive a sourcing mix of approximately 60% outbound, 30% inbound, and 10% referral • Use AI for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting • Manage recruiting metrics including time to hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health • Collaborate directly with hiring managers and global talent acquisition leadership • Participate in the hiring process including intake, case-study evaluation, cross-functional interviews, and culture and values interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting • A real track record hiring commercial or GTM roles: sales, BD, marketing, ops • Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup • Proven outbound sourcing, with pipeline you've built yourself • You've run your own searches and owned hiring manager relationships directly • Fluent in English • Experience with AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, and Metaview • Global or multi-region hiring experience (nice to have)
