📋 Description

• Conduct system, process, and combined audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, including follow-up action management • Establish, optimize, and support production facilities • Lead projects to develop and strengthen critical suppliers as part of supplier management • Conduct requirements analyses and feasibility studies • Lead quality initiatives • Work closely with colleagues in Consulting, Sales, and Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, natural sciences, or another technical field • Experience in production operations and control, technical project management, or a related area • Excellent knowledge of quality management and risk management • Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills • Excellent German and English language skills • Chinese language skills are desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT applications • Willingness to travel worldwide
