📋 Description
• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines • Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments • Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a plus • Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS is advantageous but not required
