📋 Description

• Manage technical documentation and reports • Organize meetings and keep calendars up to date • Assist with the management of IT contracts and vendors • Provide technical support • Assist with the processes of the responsible department • Monitor and control equipment and software inventory • Assist with the procurement of new equipment and services • Respond to employees’ IT-related requests and questions • Assist with resolving basic technical issues • Keep IT process and procedure records up to date • Create and update user manuals and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools • Ability to prepare clear and concise technical documents • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with different departments • Higher education preferred • Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break • Proactive, committed, and interpersonal skills-oriented profile
