📋 Description

• Provide support and assistance for systems and users • Identify and gather requirements to resolve issues • Manage external resources in handling system-related incidents and problems • Prepare reports on incidents, problems, and analyses • Train users on the proper use of corporate systems • Create and maintain manuals containing technical and functional instructions • Deploy application systems, including installation and testing • Develop scripts for automation • Participate in data-gathering activities, defining processes, methods, and resources for system implementation or modification • Conduct user acceptance testing of systems and applications with users and clients • Promote code reviews and deliverables in accordance with established standards • Manage documentation and version control for system resources

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming logic • Basic knowledge of structured programming languages • Basic knowledge of data analysis • Basic knowledge of SQL • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Robotics Professional is a plus • Robotics Enterprise is a plus • HighBond is a plus • Available and proactive professional
