📋 Description

• Provide support and assistance for systems and users • Identify and gather requirements to resolve issues • Manage external resources handling system-related incidents and problems • Prepare reports on incidents, problems, and analyses • Train users on the proper use of corporate systems • Create and maintain manuals containing technical and functional instructions • Deploy application systems, performing installation and testing • Develop scripts for automation • Participate in data-gathering activities, defining processes, methods, and resources for system implementation or changes • Conduct system and application acceptance testing with users and clients • Conduct code reviews and deliverables in accordance with established standards • Manage system-resource documentation and version control

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming logic • Basic knowledge of structured programming • Basic knowledge of data analysis • Basic knowledge of SQL • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Robotics Professional certification or experience is a plus • Robotics Enterprise certification or experience is a plus • HighBond experience is a plus • Available and proactive professional
