• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in hydrogen and power-to-X markets. • Leverage existing network of contacts and customers to generate leads and opportunities. • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, EPCs, developers, and industrial customers. • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and matching them with Quest One’s solutions. • Represent Quest One at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. • Collaborate with technical and product management teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. • Contribute to regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting. • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends in hydrogen and renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Several years of experience in B2B sales, including some years in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases, or related sectors. • Proven track record of delivering multi-million Euro contracts. • Established network within the hydrogen industry, including developers, off-takers, EPCs, utilities, or industrial customers. • Strong business development and negotiation skills. • Technically competent to engage in solution-oriented discussions with customers and engineers. • Fluently speak and write in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
