📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for a designated group of players, staff, or academy members, providing tailored support and assistance • Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion • Liaise with coaching staff, medical teams, administration, and other internal departments • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure the welfare of club personnel • Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships • Work independently to deliver comprehensive care and administrative support for Maccabi Tel Aviv FC personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar support-focused role requiring a high level of care and administration, such as Player Liaison Officer, Welfare Officer, or Executive Assistant, preferably within sports or a high-performance environment • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds • High degree of professionalism, empathy, and discretion • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote working environment • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm and methodical approach • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software • Genuine passion for football and understanding of the unique demands of a professional sports club is highly desirable
