📋 Description

• Build, configure, and deploy Windows Server environments based on project requirements • Perform server installation, hardening, patching, and post-build validation • Support Windows Server implementation and migration projects • Install, configure, and support Microsoft SQL Server Failover Clusters • Assist with high-availability SQL environment design and implementation • Perform cluster validation, testing, and troubleshooting • Configure and manage Active Directory Domain Services • Perform domain joins, OU creation, GPO implementation, and user/group management • Support domain migrations, trust relationships, and Active Directory health checks • Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and domain-related issues • Participate in infrastructure implementation and customer onboarding projects • Develop installation and deployment documentation • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and support teams • Validate system readiness before production handover • Provide Level 2 support for Windows infrastructure issues • Perform root cause analysis and resolve implementation challenges • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers • Maintain implementation documentation and knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Windows infrastructure implementation and support • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 • Hands-on experience in Windows Server build and configuration • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server cluster builds and configuration • Strong understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and Windows Security • Experience with Windows patching and server hardening • Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation activities • Customer-focused approach with ownership and accountability • Ability to work in project-driven, fast-paced environments • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is listed under Desired Qualifications • Experience working in customer-facing implementation or professional services environments
