📋 Description

• The People Practices Partner is responsible for advising internal stakeholders on employment compliance. • Responsible for auditing and improving processes associated with the entire employee life-cycle. • Actively seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide relevant training to stakeholders. • Acts as an advisor to the HR team on complex employee relations matters. • Monitors US federal, state, and local employment laws. • Conducts internal audits of practices throughout the employee lifecycle. • Investigates and resolves potential issues or gaps. • Partners with other teams to build and facilitate trainings to mitigate risks. • Represent the People team on the Enterprise Compliance Oversight Council.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 10 years of prior work-related experience in Human Resources, People Operations, and/or Compliance. • Experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and operational audits. • Knowledge of US federal, state and local laws and regulations. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Expert level experience in conducting workplace investigations. • Ability to provide clear recommendations on policies and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and consultative skills. • Must be able to exercise sound judgment. • Strong project management skills.
