• Owning the full partner cycle across technology, bank, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Payments Consultants, and other partnerships - from prospect to agreement • Prospecting and outbounding new target partners based on their ownership/influence of platforms in our ideal customer profile across email, phone calls, live meetings and LinkedIn • Educating and pitching Rainforest’s solution to partners with a consultative approach to help drive platform referrals to the sales team • Building and maintaining key relationships with C-level executives, while orchestrating all executive touch points needed to drive partnerships forward • Representing Rainforest at conferences, industry networking events, and corporate engagements • Driving partner co-marketing initiatives – including webinars, curated dinners, roundtables, and other ecosystem events – to strengthen relationships, build visibility and accelerate referral opportunities • Continually updating and managing Hubspot pipelines for tracking and forecasting partner and partner-led deal progress • Working with cross-functionally within Rainforest to put together business plans and help drive product strategy
• 3+ years of proven experience in a consultant, analyst, or partnerships role, managing/evaluating complex solutions • A strong track record of driving referrals to sales or business development teams • A team player who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders internally at Rainforest • The ability to execute in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial startup and can thrive in an ambiguous environment and quickly context switch • Payments, PE, or VC industry experience - - a must
