📋 Description

• Develop, implement and monitor Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs, policies and initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives • Partner with business areas and Human Resources to promote actions that strengthen an inclusive culture and increase the representation of diverse groups • Monitor diversity-related metrics, targets and results, producing analyses, reports and executive presentations to support decision-making • Lead projects, awareness campaigns, training and engagement activities focused on inclusion and respect for differences • Build relationships with institutions, consultancies, communities and external partners to strengthen the diversity strategy and expand opportunities to attract and develop diverse talent

🎯 Requirements

• Established experience managing and running Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, projects and initiatives • Experience building, analyzing and tracking metrics, translating data into strategic actions • Ability to act consultatively with leaders, HR business partners and stakeholders, influencing decisions and promoting inclusive practices • Experience in project management, handling multiple demands and interfacing with consultancies, institutions and external partners • Analytical and consultative profile with a strategic perspective for prioritizing initiatives, managing metrics and making decisions • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills • Bachelor’s degree completed
