📋 Description

• Answer calls for various property management companies within the Ralph Group and identify the appropriate company when responding • Record inquiries, check their status in the ticketing system, and handle issues that can be resolved immediately • Handle inquiries regarding water damage, heating failures, ongoing maintenance and repair work, and basic accounting questions • Forward issues that cannot be resolved immediately to the responsible Property Managers or Accountants • Handle the preparation and follow-up of calls as well as ticket maintenance • Support the Customer Support team with additional tasks • Work closely with Customer Support and Property Management • Provide input to improve processes and software • Serve as the first point of contact for property owners, tenants, and partner companies of the Ralph Group

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in telephone-based customer support • Affinity for technology and willingness to work with ticketing systems and AI tools • Empathy and assertiveness when dealing with demanding callers • Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication on the phone • Basic knowledge of condominium and property management is a plus • German: C2 • English: B1
