📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, and industry partners • Identify new business opportunities, project leads, and potential market growth areas • Support long-term business development efforts through customer engagement and relationship management • Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams to support territory growth initiatives • Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, project discussions, trade shows, and industry events • Provide technical guidance and product support during project planning, design, and specification phases • Assist customers and project teams with product selection, technical information, and application support • Support contractors and engineers during bidding, proposal, and submittal phases • Conduct jobsite visits and field evaluations to support ongoing projects and customer needs • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions for customers and industry professionals • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and industry activity to identify growth opportunities • Support strategic initiatives to expand market presence and strengthen customer partnerships • Assist with development of technical marketing materials, specification resources, and product documentation • Provide field feedback and market insight to internal engineering, marketing, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred • Experience in construction, engineered products, technical sales, project management, business development, or related industries preferred • Experience working with construction documents, specifications, or technical submittals is a plus • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects, customer relationships, and travel schedules independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software platforms • Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, jobsite visits, and industry events
