📋 Description

• Manage customer complaints, determining whether they result from improper application or manufacturing defects • Manage the processing of warranty claims in accordance with company policies and guidelines • Prepare technical reports for warranty claims submitted by distributors and/or customers • Review and negotiate the amounts charged in warranty claims • Manage the receipt and shipment of warranty replacement parts, following up to ensure delivery • Conduct technical training sessions and presentations on the company’s products • Provide technical guidance to the team on activities and projects related to the relevant processes • Develop technical documentation, including product implementation and maintenance manuals • Prepare and consolidate information, reports, KPIs, and presentations related to the warranty process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field aligned with the scope of the role • Training or knowledge in negotiation • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in Technical Assistance, Maintenance, and/or Sales • Valid Category B driver’s license (preferred) • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (inland São Paulo) (preferred) • Technical knowledge of heavy-duty automotive maintenance for trucks, buses, and semi-trailers (preferred) • Knowledge of auto parts and their applications (preferred)
