📋 Description

• Assess operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for short-term/project-based and long-term assignments. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational talent. • Determine training programs by identifying learning sessions based on skill gaps. • Analyze KPIs related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization. • Support redeployment by matching operational talent with suitable job opportunities and assignments. • Provide tools and guidance for career mobility based on skills and experience. • Develop a robust pool of operational talent through networking.

🎯 Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline. • Growing knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. • Ability to perform structured work assignments related to the discipline. • Ability to use existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems. • Ability to work under supervision and direction from more senior roles. • Ability to explain factual information of limited complexity in straightforward situations.
