📋 Description

• Draft and post job advertisements for operational roles on local job boards, social media, and company websites • Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Improve operational administrative processes • Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and recruitment reports • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Input data from offline recruitment processes into the ATS when necessary • Manage and process incoming applications • Categorize talent in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Track recruitment-related expenses, including advertising costs and candidate testing fees • Report recruitment-related expenses to finance for budget monitoring

• Full proficiency in a range of processes, procedures and systems or specific skills in a single area • Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members • Exercises discretion based on practice and existing procedures • Ability to handle moderately complex situations with guidance • Ability to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
