📋 Description

• Collaborate with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers, and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translate them into design specifications • Contribute to implementing software standards, methods, features and logic aligned with business strategies and specifications • Perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout development projects of moderate complexity • Implement moderately complex code following best practices and coding guidelines • Document software design and collaborate on solutions meeting architecture standards • Execute the defined development roadmap • Contribute to an innovative development culture while delivering high-quality products predictably and reliably

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines • Knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Ability to perform assignments related to the discipline • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems using prescribed guidelines or policies • Ability to work with moderate guidance and direction • Ability to explain factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information in straightforward situations • Coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting experience • Knowledge of software design, coding guidelines, documentation and architecture standards
