• Phone cold-calling and initial outreach to clinics. • Lead qualification and appointment scheduling for the sales team. • Systematic follow-up and continuous expansion of the sales pipeline. • Use of provided target account and contact lists. • Structured documentation of all activities in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Some experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or headhunting/recruiting. • Strong affinity for prospecting and a "hunter" mindset. • High self-motivation; structured and reliable way of working. • Comfortable working with KPIs and follow-ups. • Confident, friendly, and goal-oriented manner on the phone and in written communication. • Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage but not required.
