📋 Description
• Plans and implements pursuit of strategic opportunities • Cultivates partnerships and recruitment relationships with Financial Advisors • Uses extensive knowledge to develop affiliations with advisor/financial planning professionals • Creates business development and acquisition strategies • Establishes relationships with prospective advisors and provides consultation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university • minimum of five (5) years experience in Business Development or Sales • experience with recruiting financial advisors in a financial services environment • SIE required • Series 7 or ability to obtain within 6 months
