📋 Description

• Support and learn to operate and provision critical workloads such as Redis, Elasticsearch, queues, and databases in large-scale environments • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), performing supervised updates to infrastructure projects • Collaborate on system observability using tools like Datadog to create dashboards, configure alerts, and analyze logs, metrics, and tracing • Participate in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis • Learn and apply engineering patterns, SLOs, SLIs, and SRE best practices to simplify, accelerate, and secure the infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Linux environments • Experience with Git • Advanced experience with cloud providers: GCP and AWS required; Azure recommended • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) • Intermediate understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Ability to read and understand code to follow script and application logic • Knowledge of observability, automation, monitoring, and software engineering concepts • Analytical, proactive profile to develop technical skills and support junior engineers • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
