📋 Description

• Develop and evolve backend applications in Python, focusing on quality, scalability and maintainability • Develop integrations between products, platforms and internal and external services • Participate in defining and evolving the technical architecture of solutions • Ensure engineering best practices, including automated testing, observability, documentation and code review • Collaborate with developers, Product Managers and Product Designers to build scalable solutions • Use AI tools as development accelerators while remaining responsible for code quality, security and maintenance • Build an agent builder capable of interacting via natural language, templates and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in backend development with Python • Good understanding of software architecture, REST APIs and event-driven systems • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles such as SOLID, Clean Code and Design Patterns • Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL • Experience with automated testing, code reviews and collaborative development • Autonomy to work in evolving environments with a high degree of experimentation and ambiguity • Plus: experience with applied AI, especially LLMs, prompt engineering, MLOps or LLMOps • Plus: experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog • Plus: knowledge of messaging and asynchronous processing such as Kafka and Pub/Sub • This role is an affirmative-action position for women
