📋 Description

• Deliver a confident, personable welcome and seamless handoff from Sales. • Translate each client’s goals into a clear success roadmap with defined milestones. • Drive implementation of all platform components, balancing speed with quality. • Coach clients through CRM setup, lead engagement, and marketing best practices. • Monitor progress and re-engage clients who fall behind on key onboarding tasks. • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor during onboarding. • Collaborate with MLS, Support, and Training teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. • Spot early signs of churn risk and apply proactive problem-solving. • Document outcomes and insights to improve future onboarding strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, or Account Management. • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through. • Experience coaching customers toward measurable success, not just product setup. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to reach non-technical users. • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced real estate technology or SaaS environment.
