📋 Description

• Provide customer service and operational support to clients; • Organize and track requests using ClickUp; • Update editorial calendars and ensure deadlines are met; • Publish content across digital platforms; • Manage client-submitted materials and the approval workflow; • Send scripts, documents, and necessary information to maintain workflow continuity; • Ensure organization of files and internal processes using Google Drive and other operational tools; • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, contributing to greater operational efficiency; • Use Artificial Intelligence tools and technology to optimize deliverables and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of digital tools and an aptitude for learning new systems; • Familiarity with Google Drive, document organization, and digital administrative routines; • Basic knowledge of ClickUp or willingness to learn the tool quickly; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Organized and detail-oriented; • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; • Interest in digital content, marketing, and technology.
