📋 Description

• Active prospecting and advanced lead qualification (outbound and inbound) • Conducting strategic conversations with decision-makers • In-depth diagnosis of leads' needs and pain points • Scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team • Building and optimizing cadences, scripts, and approaches • Efficient management of CRM, data, and conversion metrics • Generating insights and recommendations to improve the funnel • Training, supporting, and mentoring junior SDRs when necessary • Increasing the predictability and quality of the sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR, in pre-sales, or in B2B prospecting • Ability to hold high-level commercial conversations with decision-makers • Strong analytical skills and command of prospecting metrics • High level of organization, process management, and operational discipline • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions • Clear communication, persuasive skills, and emotional intelligence • Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools • Goal-oriented profile with a track record of strong results • Experience with digital marketing, agencies, or B2B services • Experience executing high-performance multichannel cadences • Ability to map new opportunities and test new strategies • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement • Ease building rapport with diverse profiles • Critical thinking and process-oriented mindset
