📋 Description

• Develop people, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and create structures that enable engineers to thrive. • Hold regular one-on-ones (1:1s) and support career development. • Monitor team health and address conflicts early. • Facilitate discussions across teams and ensure key engineering processes run smoothly. • Contribute to cross-team initiatives and analyze team health signals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in engineering leadership roles with a focus on people management, having worked closely with modern engineering teams in fast-growing product organizations. • Ability to facilitate technical discussions and evaluate engineering trade-offs. • Familiarity with AI-native engineering practices. • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to provide candid, constructive feedback. • Clear, proactive communication skills. • Comfortable collaborating with multiple Tech Leads across teams.
