📋 Description

• Support the Revenue Operations team in ensuring high data quality across core systems • Maintain, clean, and structure data in the Salesforce CRM system • Ensure high data quality and consistent records • Prepare data for reports and analyses, for example in Salesforce • Check data for completeness and quality before use • Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and structural issues • Help define and document data standards and data hygiene processes • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Support data-driven processes in day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or Data Analytics • Initial experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, and basic formulas • Basic understanding of structured data, such as tables, fields, and records • Interest in data and analytics • Strong attention to detail and concentration for data-intensive tasks • Structured, reliable, and independent working style, with a strong commitment to quality • Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with different teams • Very good German skills (C1) • Good English skills (B2) • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of BI tools, such as Looker • Nice to have: Initial exposure to data cleaning or data imports
