📋 Description

• Take operational responsibility for digitalization and software projects, from requirements gathering through implementation • Analyze processes, systems, and data flows, and consolidate the needs of different business functions • Evaluate standard software, integrations, and custom developments in terms of value, cost, maintainability, and scalability • Develop prioritized roadmaps • Define work packages and coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, and decisions • Support implementation and acceptance • Document knowledge and prepare handover to internal teams • Identify automation opportunities while taking quality, data protection, and security into account • Collaborate with management, business departments, and clients’ technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical project management, IT consulting, or a comparable role, with independently managed software or integration projects • Hands-on software development experience • Strong understanding of data models, APIs, architecture, and sustainable software operations • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear processes, well-founded decisions, and actionable steps • Understanding of business software, particularly CRM, back-office systems, customer service, and reporting • Sound business judgment to prioritize based on value, effort, and risks, and to weigh custom development against off-the-shelf solutions • Self-directed and dependable • Confident communication in German with management, business departments, and developers • Practical understanding of AI and automation • No specific degree, certification, or fixed technology stack is required • Additional advantages: experience with growing companies, CRM/ERP implementations, corporate groups, AI-assisted development, or automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier
