📋 Description
• Own regional sales strategy and execution for new customer acquisition and customer expansion • Recruit, develop, manage, and retain sales talent • Coach team members on deal strategy, territory planning, discovery, and full-cycle execution • Establish regional goals and develop forward-looking business plans • Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting and partner engagement • Support executive relationships and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders • Collaborate with channel, marketing, customer success, and sales operations teams • Maintain cybersecurity market knowledge and competitive positioning • Deliver accurate forecasts and advise leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities • Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets • Drive operational excellence, commercial pricing discipline, pipeline hygiene, and business performance
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in B2B sales • 3+ years in a leadership or front-line management role • Proven experience leading teams in high-growth technology or cybersecurity companies • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, channel ecosystems, and strategic account planning • Track record of team quota attainment and revenue growth across new business and customer expansion • Experience managing Salesforce, Clari, and other go-to-market platforms • Knowledge of MEDDPICC-based sales operations • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Gong • Ability to articulate Recorded Future’s value proposition to customers and partners • Understanding of regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and channel opportunities
