• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field • A master’s degree is a plus • 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related consulting role • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively • Knowledge of HR practices and principles, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management
