• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and referrals. • Qualify and engage warm leads, converting interest into long-term client partnerships. • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value and address client pain points. • Manage the end-to-end sales process from first contact to signed agreement. • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking leads, activities, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with client success and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a consulting, tech, or service-based environment. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure. • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms. • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset.
