• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant in an employment agency is essential. • Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management. • A solid record of consistent placements and commission earnings. • Experience managing a busy and varied recruitment desk. • Track record of placing junior to mid-level professionals and graduates. • Experience partnering with SMEs and corporate clients. • Tech-savvy and confident using ATS systems. • Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about people and purpose. • Collaborative and a team player. • Strong communication skills.
