📋 Description

• Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle • Execute permanent, contract, and independent contractor placements across diverse industries • Identify, engage, and place high-calibre candidates up to C-suite level using advanced sourcing methodology and AI-driven tools • Partner with senior leadership, offshore clients, and owner-founder SMEs as a trusted talent advisor • Ensure deep alignment on hiring requirements • Identify and secure new business opportunities locally and internationally to grow desk revenue and market share • Use ATS, CRM, and generative AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance candidate matching, and minimise time-to-hire • Work alongside administrative and marketing support teams to deliver a premium candidate and client experience • Own and manage a busy 360-degree recruitment desk

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ recent, active experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment • Proven history of managing a high-volume desk, hitting performance targets, and consistently earning commissions • Demonstrated experience placing executive and C-suite talent • Experience partnering effectively with owner-founder SMEs • Highly tech-savvy with practical, hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into sourcing strategies • Deep familiarity with ATS and CRM systems • South African citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit • Prior experience navigating international recruitment markets and managing offshore client relationships preferred • A relevant tertiary qualification preferred • Professional proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, or equivalent) • Practical knowledge of generative AI platforms and advanced talent sourcing tools • Proficiency with LinkedIn and related digital talent frameworks • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, or MS Teams • Dedicated, private home office • Reliable cable fibre internet with minimum 40 Mbps • Laptop no older than 3 years • Robust backup power solution
