📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers • Retain customers considering cancelling or changing their services • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and promotions • Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities • Negotiate tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty • Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach • Meet and exceed retention, sales, and quality targets • Ensure an excellent customer experience during every interaction
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level) • Previous experience in sales, retention, customer service, telesales, or contact centres is highly valued • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance objectives • Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
