📋 Description

• Work closely with Executive Committee (COMEX), Management Committee (CODIR) or business unit leaders to define a data strategy • Lead the design and structuring of a data function • Oversee the deployment of data management (organization, processes, tools) across the company (from the data office to business teams) • Bring new perspectives by identifying tailored solutions for our clients that are adapted to their context • Independently design and deliver awareness and training sessions for audiences of all levels • Take a cross-functional view on strategic projects for organizations • Develop and write bespoke approaches and responses to formulate relevant commercial proposals • Drive the upskilling, management and mentoring of consultants in the practice • Contribute to the firm’s internal initiatives and help shape our company project

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a leading business school (top-tier), engineering school, or university • Strong experience in a management consulting firm (minimum 6 years, excluding internships and apprenticeships) • Strong ability to influence senior management (C-suite) • Excellent interpersonal skills: impactful public speaking and the ability to build polished, visually appealing presentations • Commercial skills: prospecting, client relationship management, business development and closing • Curiosity, rigor, strong organizational skills, and emotional intelligence to solve complex problems • A desire to grow commercially in a highly dynamic entrepreneurial environment
