📋 Description

• Welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique customer experience • Act as a brand ambassador with a strong sense of ownership • Ensure product visibility and presentation: merchandising, checking product placements and price compliance, in-pharmacy promotions • Collaborate with the commercial team: monitor stock, anticipate shortages, relay field feedback • Train pharmacy teams: short training sessions on new products, associated advice, and promoting product ranges • Share key moments on social media and embody the laboratory's digital image

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in dermocosmetic sales/advising (pharmacy, parapharmacy, beauty institute) • Interest in scientific topics • Knowledge of brands and the dermocosmetic market • Training in aesthetics/cosmetics (preferred) • Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy • Strong knowledge of dermocosmetics • Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy • Passion for advising, leading demonstrations and pedagogy • Strong corporate culture fit and team spirit • Energetic, organized and autonomous • Digital affinity and ease with social media
