• Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) solutions. • Design and deploy personalization campaigns, recommendation engines, and customer journeys. • Integrate web, mobile, and other digital platforms using APIs and SDKs. • Configure user profiles, behavioral tracking, and event data collection. • Build customer segments, triggers, and real-time targeting rules. • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics) to define personalization strategies. • Troubleshoot implementation issues and optimize performance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). • Strong understanding of real-time personalization and customer journey orchestration. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience with APIs, web SDKs, and integrations. • Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Required tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization. • Preferred tools: Data Cloud
