• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach • Research and identify new business opportunities across various industries • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with potential customers to understand their needs • Book meetings and set appointments for the sales team • Maintain accurate lead data, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system • Support marketing-led campaigns by promptly following up on inbound leads • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies • Stay informed on market trends and share competitive insights with the team • Represent the company at virtual meetings or industry events when needed • Take on other projects or tasks as assigned to support sales goals
• At least 2 years of proven success in lead generation, sales, or outbound prospecting roles • Clear written and verbal fluency in English • Motivated by goals and metrics, with a drive to exceed expectations • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organization and time management abilities • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and activities • Ability to handle objections and stay resilient in the face of rejection • High emotional intelligence: you’re empathetic, open-minded, and adaptable
