📋 Description

• Reach out to end customers and partners daily by phone and message using a prioritized call list • Spend at least two hours daily in live conversations with new prospects and partners • Set up meetings with key decisionmakers and confirm genuine business needs • Convert qualified interest into opportunities and pass them to the account team with a clear summary • Register partner opportunities on the day they are identified and bring on a new partner when a deal requires one • Record every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the day it happens • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily to research prospects, prepare for calls, write outreach and follow up • Open new business opportunities for VIDIZMO's AI software products through direct sales and channel partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Clear, confident English, both spoken and written, and easy to understand on calls with US buyers • 1 to 3 years in outbound business development, lead generation or inside sales, or clear proof that you can do the work • Comfortable making a high number of calls and hearing "no" • Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools • Habit of recording every call and meeting on the same day • History of automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts; must share an automation example • Legal authorization to work in Pakistan
