📋 Description

• Main Focus (NF IDEIA): Responsible for the complete onboarding of new clients, ensuring the correct configuration of the solution and the user's initial success. • NFideia Project: Collect customer feedback with the objective of directly contributing to the development and refinement of the NF IDEIA project, assisting in the structuring of internal processes. • Direct Interface: Work in direct collaboration with management to strategically implement new clients for this new Ideia Business product.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Communication: Excellent diction and conversational skills to engage with high-level clients. • Interpretation Ability: Able to lead meetings, interpret business needs, and translate them into solutions within the platform. • Technical Advantage (Tax Data): Technical knowledge of the data involved in the invoice issuance process (XML, basic taxation, fiscal flows).
