• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new OEM opportunities in the region • Drive revenue through direct sales to OEMs and industrial manufacturers, with approximately 50% travel • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, the Regional Sales Manager, and other Account Managers to support customer needs • Provide clear, timely communication regarding capabilities, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements
• 3+ years of outside, solution-oriented B2B sales experience selling into OEMs • Experience selling to OEMs of industrial products • Experience selling physical, tangible products (not services, software, or insurance) • Bachelor’s degree • Experience selling industrial products such as rubber, polymer, vinyl, or similar components (highly preferred)
