📋 Description

• Lead technical validation with customers through presentations, demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops • Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops for technical and non-technical teams • Demonstrate thought leadership through white papers, webinars, code contributions, and speaking at industry events and Red Hat conferences • Deliver Red Hat Ansible workshops shaping customer use cases and architecture decisions • Scope evaluations and guide customers through proofs of concept and pilot deployments • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and internal product teams • Advocate for customers and architect reliable, innovative solutions • Develop repeatable methodologies and tools to scale services capabilities, promote repeatable engagements, and reduce delivery risk

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in the Automation space • 3–5 years of experience in a developer, solution architect, enterprise architect, or consulting delivery role focused on Automation • Solid foundation in Automation market trends and experience with C-level customers • Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform • Demonstrable capability automating infrastructure, networking, especially Cisco, and security solutions • Experience architecting and implementing automation solutions such as Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, and Terraform • Good knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, and related technologies • Proven ability to develop relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels in large enterprise IT organizations • Ability to orchestrate proofs of concept from initiation through business closure • Red Hat certification is highly desirable, including Red Hat Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform, or Red Hat Certified Architect • Degree in Computing and/or Engineering is desirable
