📋 Description

• Create solutions and solve reported issues in real time as a member of the L3 support team • Work across various shifts depending on business needs • Remotely deploy, maintain, and monitor large, complex cluster environments hosted in data centers across multiple continents • Analyze procedures and design and implement automation and automated solutions • Support deployment pipelines, automated test scenarios, and systems and services monitoring • Collaborate with team members across multiple countries and time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering a Linux-based production environment • Experience with scripting and automation using Ansible and/or Python • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with a multicultural team distributed across multiple countries and time zones • Good communication skills in English • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to be a good team player • Experience with OpenStack or OpenShift in production environments considered a plus • Knowledge and experience with Linux containers considered a plus • Knowledge and experience with Red Hat Satellite considered a plus • Knowledge and experience with Ceph considered a plus • Knowledge and experience with Ansible Automation Platform considered a plus • Knowledge and experience with Zabbix considered a plus • Knowledge of a programming language such as Bash, Python, Go, Ruby, or JavaScript considered a plus • Red Hat or Linux-specific certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or RHCA considered a plus
