📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of in-app guides and announcements using various tools • Work closely with the RHLS Product Manager to implement new program initiatives • Monitor RHLS usage metrics, create and maintain dashboards to report on KPIs • Coordinate and execute A/B testing scenarios within the application • Manage the end-to-end logistics of RHLS-related programs • Serve as a clear, concise liaison between product management, marketing, and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience with Pendo (or similar Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe or Gainsight PX) • Strong competency in data visualization and excel • Proven ability to take direction from leadership and pivot quickly • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment • Basic understanding of the scientific method or A/B testing principles • Baseline understanding of the Red Hat ecosystem and enterprise learning subscriptions
