📋 Description

• Expand ReEmployAbility’s national footprint by securing new business with high value Employers, Carriers, TPAs, Brokers, SIGs, Captive Groups, and additional industry influencers • Build strategic relationships at the C-suite and executive level • Lead all stages of the business development lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, executive presentations, solution positioning, and closing • Present complex industry solutions in clear, compelling messaging to senior decision-makers • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry • 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales or business development experience, preferably at an enterprise or executive level • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of education • Proven success building relationships across diverse perspectives within the Workers’ Compensation and insurance ecosystem • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office suite skills
