📋 Description

• Support patients throughout the Reesi process, from the initial conversation through referral to a suitable study center and beyond • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients • Conduct personal phone conversations with cancer patients seeking suitable clinical trials • Systematically collect relevant information about patients’ conditions and previous treatments using structured medical conversation guides • Answer questions about the process and clearly explain the next steps • Support referrals to suitable study centers and coordinate the necessary steps • Keep track of follow-ups • Carefully document conversation details in the system • Support basic operational and quality assurance tasks related to patient support • Further develop FAQs, conversation guides, and processes based on real patient experiences • Depending on experience and interests, take responsibility for individual topics and small projects within Patient Operations • Do not provide medical advice or make treatment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous medical experience is required • Experience as a Study Nurse, Medical Assistant (MFA), Clinical Trial Assistant, healthcare professional, or a comparable medical qualification or professional background • Ability to confidently understand and systematically record medical information • Empathetic and compassionate communication with cancer patients, including during difficult or emotional conversations • Willingness to take responsibility and reliably follow tasks through to completion • Careful documentation and a structured approach to work • Fluency in German • Experience in oncology is a plus, but not required • Experience with clinical trials is a plus, but not required • Current or previous experience as a Study Nurse or Clinical Trial Assistant is a plus, but not required
